After wing closeout we started with body work using micro and the aileron pushrod fairing was installed. Wing to flap gap fairing is laminated on. All wing parts are made and placed ready for bonding including the aileron control rod tunnel-optimized for max fuel in the wing. Fuel tank sealant is applied for the wet wing.

We used the templates of the ribs we made to create ! inch thick MDF molds that we wrapped with four layers of carbon and cured in our oven.

Ailerons are next. Placed in the wing cradle next to flap with actuation plate system installed Aileron trim tab detail. Trailing edge lineup with flap.

Final trimming around the pockets and nutplates are installed.After that the flaps are closed out in the wing cradles.

Main spar box stiffener insert was installed. Next was building the flaps but with pockets for the newer factory style flap actuation.
