I have a IVP. I have an issue with the flaps. Approaching the field, there is no problem extending the flaps to 10-degrees. On base leg I put the flap handle to full flaps but they don't extend all the way, and the flap indicator shows they are only to about 70% extension. Upon landing they have now...
