Rock, I have never seen this type of failure and it makes me want to run to my hanger to check my airplane!! I suggest you contact Kim Lorentzen in Redmond OR. You will want to replace ALL the nylaflow lines, even the ones that connect to the master cylinders. See pictures of my plane before I replaced the lines down the legs with the small stainless tubing. See how you connect to the trunion, etc.
