I’ve recently had several conversations with the seller of a Garrett powered propjet. The price is very attractive, as is the appearance.
There’s quite a story that goes along with it. If you are considering this aircraft, it would be well worth your time to consult me prior purchase.

Jeff, is there a link you’re referring to regarding the Propjet project?

It’s a different name for the same aircraft. My guess is the term “Propjet” was borrowed from the Piper pre-Meridian PT6 conversion STC, and it just stuck. As far as the IV-PTs go, there was no official name differentiation between the Walter, PT6, or Garrett-powered airplanes.

JC. I believe Piper called theirs a “JetProp”.
