It all started with the idea of building the ultimate lightweight wings for a Lancair IVPT. We were going to build slow build wings but build it to the most factory standards and improvements. First was building the wing cradles with tables. After that we used cardboard and bondo to make the templates for the wing ribs.

We used the templates of the ribs we made to create ! inch thick MDF molds that we wrapped with four layers of carbon and cured in our oven.

Mauritz,

This is AWESOME, and incredibly great timing. I am about to start on my wing construction with a new "slow build" wing set. This will be a great resource for me!!!

BTW, the work looks amazing, as always by you!!
