Pulled my Prop off yesterday and saw this inside...

So as part of the cylinder R&R, I pulled the prop off which makes it easier. Saw all of this gunk inside the crankshaft where the oil moves back and forth. How should I clean this?

I plan to flip the prop over and look inside of it. It is currently prop dome up sitting on a 5 gallon bucket to drain. I fear it will be getting sent off to get a rebuild.

Thoughts?
