The main switch panel and CB panel will have LED backlighting controlled by PWM 12 Volt controller. These panels are custom made for this project.

In the mean time while the panels are being manufactured the harness is manufactured separately first on a harness board and then on a table by the harness fabricator. The harness is built with the use of the CAD data during the design phase.

Been a while since I posted on this thread. Here are some picture updates.

Here I’m transferring the instruments and switches over from the old panel to the new backlight panel.

Working on the circuit breaker panel so I can power up the panel. Transferring the breakers from the old panel to the new one that is backlit.

Added another row of breakers for the 12 Volt bus and trim servos.

Here is a picture of the harness integrated with the panel rack and centre stack.

Final lacing and covering of the looms will happen after all programming and configuration is completed.

Engine gauges are programmed and calibrated except for the colour bands. In this installation we use the G3x as a backup engine monitor because the DX1 is the primary engine monitor.

The DX1 and G3x shares the fuel flow sensor input so the fuel is integrated with navigation on the G3x.
We have N1 , N2 , Oil Temp, ITT, Torque and fuel flow on the G3x.
The Co- Guardian with cabin altitude has arrived and is installed and checks out perfect.
