It has been a busy year for the LOBO instructors. For YTD 2023, we have completed 28 transitions and recurrent. It has been a great effort so far and we are ramping up for 2024. Details are shown below.

It doesn’t appear your Evolution recurrent training numbers included the EPS Advanced Aviation fly in training this past October. There were many Evolution owners who completed training at this event..

You are exactly correct Don. They are separate from us as they conduct their own syllabus at EPS.

They can certainly add to the training stats, we just don’t have visibility on that.

I thought their training was approved LOBO training. Do you know what the differences are between the syllabus’s?

It is very similar to LOBO but there are a few differences that I don’t recall. JC can expound as EPS does the Lions share of EVO training.

We definitely welcome EPS here.

Great to see the numbers Matt!

I pulled reports on the Lancair policies I currently insure and the claim ratio has continued to trend lower. (there are factors to consider when looking at that data: deductibles, unreported claims, owners fixing aircraft themselves out of pocket, Liability only policies that don't pay out hull losses)

These numbers would suggest however, that the burden on underwriting may be reducing from this community. I can't speak for all the brokers in the market but did want to share from my end.

Keep up the good work! --no time to let training and recurrency slide.
