Differential pressure gauge for turbo engines?

I don't see this gauge in the LOBO rental test equipment.
Does anyone know if it is part of the package or not?

The PortaTest is wildly pricey so that's not happening.
Even a differential gauge is expensive for an annual use.

Attached is an owner's suggestion to use two gauges, subtract the upper deck pressure from the pressure at the flow divider to get the spec'd metered pressure. (Thoughts on that?)
