2023 Training Highlights

Thanks to the great instructor corps for a productive, and safe, 2023.
During the year, we:
Implemented the Flight Schedule Pro system for tracking trainees and automating the collection of documents and issuance of certificates.
Revised the LOBO Training Guides so each model actually had a training guide.

• Lancair IV/IVP/IVPT
  Lancair ES
  Lancair Legacy
  Lancair 200/300 Series

As the FITS approval had actually expired in 2011, we resubmitted the training guides to the FAA and received FITS approval - which is valid through 2026.
Added two outstanding instructors (Landon Palmer and Jeff Nielsen)
Have two additional potential instructors in the queue for Lancair 200/300 series
Held a small East Coast Lancair Fly-In with 20+ attendees and 16 airplanes
We completed training for 36 owners. The training breakdowns are shown below:
