AD 2022-00585-A,E,R v-band clamp inspections

This AD is for turbocharged engines - such as the TSIO 550. and it refers to the v-band clamp at the discharge side of the turbo attaching the exhaust pipe to the turbo. Apparently there have been some fialures that led to crashes so there is now a requirement to examine these devices annually and replace after 500 hours. The exam is not terribly difficult to do installed on my IVP and all the checkoff points are satisfactory. The trouble is that it calls for checking torque on the nut that holds the clamp tight and there is no guidance on how to find the torque value. My engine was first purchased as one of the disaster engines purveyed by Ron Monson and at about 40 hours, I removed it and had it remanufactured by Barrett Precision Engines. I've contacted Rhonda Barrett and she was not able to enlighten me as to manufacturer of this particular clamp or the torque value but suggested it would be avilable in the TCM manual. Again, I've been unable to locate any data in available online manuals from TCM, so am hoping someone on the forum might be able to provide the clamp data and the torque value. This engine resembles most closely the TSIO 550 E and, if I understand it, BPA verified the turbos were stock and, of course they had them overhauled when they rebuilt the engine. The company that did the overhaul has been bought out, moved and apparently changed it's mission such that the employees cannot enlighten me on the needed informaiton.
Thanks in a advance for any help.
