I am the Treasure of EAA690 located at KLZU just north of Atlanta. We received a donation of this uncompleted builder assist Lancair Legacy. Included are Chelton avionics plus various components. A Continental IO-550-EXP, A Hartzell 3 blade CS prop and everything else to complete this project. Also, the fuselage is all pre-wired. Everything is 19 years old. The engine has been pickled. We have a youth program where the kids build kit airplanes. We have 4 currently in process. We just do not have the room for this plane. What we need help with is determining the price on the plane kit as is, not including the engine and prop.
Thank you

John:
I am in Greensboro and could come down and take a look at it. I am pretty tied up until the middle of September but would be happy to help.

I am glad we were able to connect. I agree that the offer your received is reasonable versus waiting to try to get a higher price.
All the best!

Matt,
Thanks for all your help! It looks like the sale will be going through next week. I'll make sure the new owner is aware of this great forum.
Thank you
