Don,
The board discussed your request during our last directors meeting. We have no problem releasing the minutes.
It was decided (for now) to not post on the website or forum but rather honor any requests on a case by case bases.
Our secretary Bob Pastusek would be glad to provide and he is planning on contacting you directly.
